Shipping Policy

Welcome to the SciArt Graphix store. Here we present the Shipping Policy when purchasing Products on (also accessed as, "Site", "Store") and any other sales channel, other website or application on which we present this Policy ("SciArt Graphix Platform").

Regions we Ship To

In our Store or Platform, we currently only ship to the United States of America. We will soon allow International shipping, but for now it is not supported on the Site or any of the sales channels.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs of your purchases in our Store can be seen once you have entered the shipping address. To find out the shipping cost, please go through the checkout process, and at the end of the process the shipping costs will be calculated along with the taxes. These costs depend on the products purchased by you and the destination to which the package(s) will be sent.

In cases of products returned by customers, as a general policy, the costs must be borne by the customer (for more details read our Return and Refund Policy). Only in cases where we are responsible for the return, we will bear the shipping costs.

Delivery and Shipping Times

When you place an order in our Store, due to our on-demand production business model, it will take several days* for your Products to be ready for shipping*. The delivery time of our Products is divided into:

  • Order Preparation Time: it is 24 hours from the time you place your order. This period allows you to cancel or modify your order as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Product Preparation Time: several days depending on the Product you select. You will be provided with an estimate of production lead times during your order process.
  • Product Shipping Time: this time depends on the shipping method you select during the purchase of the Products in the Store.

If You purchase multiple Products from our Store even if You pay a single shipping cost, the Products may be shipped separately and You may receive multiple shipments to receive all Products. The delivery time for all Products will remain the same as the estimated delivery time provided to You. In such cases each shipment will have its associated tracking number, so that You can track the status of the shipment(s). However, you can always contact us at to ask questions about the status of your shipment.

*Note: The average of Product(s) preparation time is 2 to 5 business days. Shipping times to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated U.S. territories may take some additional business days. You will see the final delivery times in the order checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time and How it is Calculated

The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is our prediction of the delivery time of the Products You purchase from our Store. Our EDT is calculated:

EDT = Order Preparation Time (1 day) + Estimated Product Preparation Time (is a range of days) + Estimated Shipping Time using the standard method (is a range of days).

To calculate the estimated delivery time, we take into account the current order volume and production capacity. Similarly, the estimated shipping time is calculated based on historical data of shipments to your area or region. Please note that the estimated delivery time is only an estimate, not a guarantee.

Reasons for Product Delivery Delays

These are some of the reasons why an order may arrive later than expected:

  • Problems with the manufacture of the Products.
  • Products out of stock.
  • Shipping-related delays (failed delivery attempts, service interruptions or adverse weather conditions).

At SciArt Graphix we work to meet our delivery estimates on every order. If for any reason you find yourself in the situation where the delivery time has expired, after 5 business days please contact us by email and we will review your case.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed in our Store, Products will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser provided that such shipping address complies with the shipping restrictions contained in our Store. All purchases from our Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Accordingly, risk of loss and title for Products purchased from our Store pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with the carrier for any lost shipment if the carrier's tracking system indicates that Products purchased from our Store were delivered to the carrier. In such a case, we are not obligated to make any refund or reship the Products again. If the carrier's tracking indicates that a Product has been lost in transit, you may submit a written claim to All such claims are subject to SciArt Graphix's sole investigation and discretion. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days from the estimated date of delivery. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be at our expense. If a package is deemed lost in transit due to our (SciArt Graphix) responsibility, we will replace the order or issue a store credit for the purchase price of the order. Packages deemed lost in transit will not be refunded.

If you provide an address that the courier deems insufficient for delivery of the Products, the shipment will be returned to its origin. In such a case, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once an updated address (if applicable) has been confirmed.

We cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes. In addition, please note that there are some regions to which we do not ship, which will prevent the sale of certain or all Products in these regions. We reserve the right to change the regions to which we ship without notice and without affecting orders placed prior to such change.

We will work with carriers to the best of our ability to ensure that packages reach our customers as quickly as possible.

Note: Please note that whichever shipping method you select, during carrier verification of information, order tracking data will not take effect until the package has left our processing facility and is shipped to you.

Necessary Data in Express Shipping

In the event that you select express shipping on the Products you have purchased in our Store, it is mandatory that you provide a valid contact phone number to communicate it to the shipping company so that they can contact you for delivery. While the telephone number is not required for standard shipments, it is required for Express shipments. If you do not provide this contact telephone number, the carrier may not deliver the package and may return it to its origin, which will result in additional costs for you to receive the package in subsequent shipments.

Early Delivery Notifications

Some carriers such as USPS, UPS and DHL often send out premature delivery notices, while the package usually arrives within three days of the notice. If your package still has not arrived within this time frame, you should contact the postal carrier nearest the shipping address by telephone and inquire about the whereabouts of the package. In these cases, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local carrier, as the package indicates that it has been delivered.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

SciArt Graphix will not replace or refund any order not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
