Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to the SciArt Graphix store. Here we present the Return and Refund Policy when purchasing Products on (also accessed as, "Site", "Store") and any other sales channel, other website or application on which we present this Policy ("SciArt Graphix Platform").

We will do everything in our power to ensure that your experience with us is the best and that you are satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with the products of the purchase made in our Store, we will be at your disposal and happy to assist you in the return process following our Return and Refund Policies.

You should note that our products are custom made and we have a 14 calendar day return request policy, which means that you have 14 calendar days after receiving our Products to request a return to us. After 14 calendar days from delivery of the Products, we will not be able to offer you any refund or exchange options.

In order to request a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you receive it: unused, with tags, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. If the product is used or damaged, we will not accept it back; this includes visible signs of use such as perfume, smells, stains, etc. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the return you are requesting is due to our error, we will pay the return shipping costs associated with the return. If the return is not due to our error, the purchaser (You) agrees to pay all shipping charges.

Return Eligibility

We only accept return requests made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product and in the following cases:

  1. If the Product(s) are defective or damaged in manufacturing origin.
  2. If the product received does not correspond to the measurements of the size you have ordered according to our size and measurement guide available for each product. In this case it is considered a manufacturing error. Each of our products comes with a set of images where we detail the sizes and measurements of the product and body so that the selection of the size is accurate and to avoid selection errors.
  3. If you wish to change the size of the product due to an error on your part in the selection during the purchase (this will entail restocking fee).
  4. In the case of Products returned to the sender (read the options you have in this case).

If the return request is made after 14 calendar days it will not be eligible for acceptance because it has exceeded the processing time. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders from outside the United States.

If a product is purchased on sale with any discount applied, such product is not eligible for return unless due to SciArt Graphix's error.

Return Request

To make a return request you can login or create your account by following the steps below:

  1. Login/Create your account through the link (
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, then click Continue.
    2. You will be prompted with a form asking for a six-digit verification code that we have sent to your email address. Keep this page open.
    3. Go to your email account, and open the message sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the message.
    4. Return to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  2. Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
  3. If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  4. Select a reason for return and add a note for the store.
  5. Click on Request Return.

Once you have completed these steps we will contact you to handle the return process.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.

When making a Return request we will offer you two methods for you to recover the value of your purchase:

  1. Credit of credits in the Store that do not expire, for the same value of the item purchased in the Store and returned (please note that return shipping costs are at Your expense).
  2. Refund of the value of the returned Product less shipping costs and a restocking fee (this fee will only be charged if the reason for return is not a defect in the Product or an error on our part).

Once you have sent the Products to be returned, we will notify you when we have received and inspected the return, and let you know whether or not the refund or allocation of Store credits has been approved. If approved, and the method chosen is refund, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card issuer to process and send the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, please contact us via email at If you have elected to have us provide you with Store Credits, you will receive a voucher for the value of the returned products.

Please note that we will not accept any items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

In addition, there are certain situations where only a partial refund can be granted. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or the return request is not due to our error, or you have not contacted us within 14 days after delivery, will not be eligible for a credit.

Return to sender orders

All orders that are returned to our warehouse as a result of the order being "Returned to Shipper" by the carriers are subject to the following rules (with the exception of a few cases*):

  1. The order may be reshipped to you (at your expense for shipping costs and fees, and restocking or restocking fees) if you choose:
    1. receive it at the same address provided,
    2. or receive it at a new address.
  2. Or you may be provided credits in the Store for the same value of Product(s) minus shipping costs and restocking fees.

* With the exception of if you refuse to pay duties and taxes due to the carrier in charge of the delivery, at the time of delivery of your order, or if you do not pick up your order within the time allowed, the package will be considered abandoned and will be returned to our distribution center. This will result in extra costs on our part for your actions. In such cases, we will not be able to honor requests for refunds or replacement shipments.


Our "Made to Order" business model allows us to offer you cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. This is because all of our products are custom made and production of orders begins after 24 hours. For more information, please email

Restocking Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased from us. In the event that you choose to return an item, we have a restocking policy to cover the costs associated with processing returns, inspecting products and restocking items to ensure they are in like-new condition for resale.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the original product price will be applied to all eligible returns.

Requirements: The restocking fee will apply to returns of products that are not defective or damaged upon arrival and are in resalable condition. This includes items returned for exchange due to user error, or for any other reason other than product defect and user responsibility.

Exemptions: No restocking fees will be charged for returns of products that are received defective, or due to error on the part of our shippers.

Return Process: To initiate a return and be eligible for a refund, customers must follow our standard return request process as outlined in our Returns and Refund policy. The restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned item has been inspected and accepted.

Refund Calculation: The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the restocking fee from the original price of the product. Any applicable taxes, shipping and handling or other charges are not subject to the restocking fee.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it. In the case of defective items, please send us photographic proof by email within 3 days of receipt of the item. After this time you will not be able to claim that the Product is defective or damaged in origin.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Swimwear (for hygiene),
  • Sportswear (for hygiene),
  • Personalized products (such as special orders or customized items).

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
